What is Click & Collect?

Our Click & Collect service provides the convenience of browsing our extensive online product selection, placing an order, and retrieving it from our store after our friendly staff have prepared it for you. The best part is that this service is provided for free so you do not have to worry about any additional shipping costs.

Step 1.

Place your order online and select Click & Collect as your shipping method!

Step 2.

Our staff will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.

Step 3.

Head over to 491 Forest Rd, Penshurst NSW 2222 Australia to collect your order!

What are the Requirements?

When buying Online and picking-up Instore you are required to bring in the following:

  • Your order number
  • The Credit Card used to make the purchase if paid via Credit Card
  • Valid photo ID (Government Issued) Paypal name, address, and email MUST match Photo ID if paying with PayPal (for PayPal only the buyer can collect the order)
    The ‘Confirmation Order Details’ must match the name and address on the photo ID

You will be required to sign and date your order on collection.

FAQ's

  • Our store is located at 491 Forest Rd, Penshurst NSW 2222 Australia. For full details please check out our Location & Trading Hours page.

  • Items that are in-stock at the store that are ordered before 4pm Monday - Saturday or 2pm Sunday will be available for pickup on the same day. Orders that contain items that require a transfer from the warehouse will take additional time. If they are placed before 8am Monday - Friday they will be available for same day pickup. Orders placed after 8am Friday will not be made available until Monday as our Warehouse does not operate on weekends.


    Please note that our friendly staff will contact you via email when your order is ready to be picked up. Please check our business trading hours before coming in.

  • Pre-orders will be made available on release date for pickup. If your order contains more items you will be able to pick them up early and collect the pre-order item on release date.

  • Yes! If someone other than yourself is to pick up the order please reply to the order confirmation email to let us know. We are unable to authorise changes over the phone, or without the confirmation email attached.

Terms & Conditions

All click and collect orders have a 7-day holding period in store. Should you require additional time to pick up your order please contact the store on (02) 9580-9888. Orders that are not picked up in this time frame will be cancelled.

Note: We hold the right to refuse and cancel any order we think may be fraudulent, suspicious or does not meet the requirements above.
